Recruitment scam alerts.
Recruiting is one of the most impersonated industries there is. Scammers copy real firms — including ours — and contact people with fake job offers to steal money or personal information. This page tells you exactly how ProSight Talent operates, so you can spot anyone pretending to be us.
If someone asks you to pay a fee, buy equipment, or send money to get a job — it is not us, and it is not a real job. Stop the conversation and tell us at Hello@ProSightTalent.com.
What ProSight Talent will never do
What we actually do
Warning signs, in any job search
- The email address is close but not right — a free account, a misspelled domain, or an extra word added to the company name
- The pay is far above the going rate for the work
- You are hired quickly with little or no interview
- You are pushed to move fast, or told the offer expires today
- The message is full of spelling and grammar errors
- You are asked to move the conversation to a personal messaging app right away
- You never applied for the role and cannot find it posted anywhere
If you think you have been contacted by someone pretending to be us
Tell us. Forward the message — with the sender's full email address or phone number — to Hello@ProSightTalent.com. It costs you nothing and it helps us warn the next person.
If you have already sent money or personal information
- Contact your bank or card issuer immediately and tell them it was fraud
- Report it to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov
- Report it to the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov
- If your Social Security number was shared, place a fraud alert with the credit bureaus and review identitytheft.gov
- Report the fake profile or listing to the platform it appeared on
When in doubt, call us. If a message claims to be from ProSight Talent and something feels off, do not reply to it. Call (404) 697-5089 or email Hello@ProSightTalent.com directly and ask. We would far rather answer a question than see someone get taken.
