ProSight Talent wants every job seeker and every employer to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, zoom in, or need less motion on screen. If something here gets in your way, that is our problem to fix, not yours.

The standard we build to

We build this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard most U.S. organizations and courts look to.

What we have done

• Every page is checked with an automated accessibility tool against WCAG 2.2 A and AA before it goes live. The most recent check found no issues.
• Text and links meet minimum color contrast, including our gold accent color, which we darkened where it is used for text.
• Every form field has a label a screen reader can announce, and name, email, and phone fields support your browser's autofill.
• You can move through the site with a keyboard, and a "Skip to content" link is the first thing on every page.
• Every background video has a pause button, and your choice carries from page to page. If your device is set to reduce motion, the videos start paused.
• Background videos are decorative. They carry no information you would miss without them.
• Background sound only begins after you interact with the page, plays quietly, and can be muted with the sound button on every page. The site remembers your choice.

What we know still needs work

• Automated tools catch many problems, but not all of them. We have not yet had an independent review by people who use assistive technology every day. That is on our list.
• Job descriptions come straight from our applicant tracking system and are written by different people, so headings and formatting inside a posting can vary.
• Sight, our website assistant, is automated. If it is not working for you, skip it and reach a person directly using the contact details below.
• Some parts of applying, such as resume upload, pass through outside services we do not control.
