Equal employment opportunity.
Last updated: August 2026
ProSight Talent, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we operate as an equal opportunity recruiting partner for every client we serve.
Our commitment
ProSight Talent does not discriminate in employment, recruitment, referral, or placement on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, genetic information, marital status, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
This applies to every part of what we do: how we source candidates, how we screen and evaluate them, who we present to our clients, and how we treat our own employees.
How we recruit
- We evaluate candidates on skills, experience, and fit for the work — nothing else.
- We do not accept or act on client requests that would require us to screen candidates on a protected characteristic. If a request crosses that line, we say so and we decline it.
- We keep job requirements tied to what the role actually demands.
- Applicants with disabilities may request a reasonable accommodation at any point in our process — see below.
Requesting an accommodation
If you need an accommodation to apply for a role, complete an interview, or use this website, contact us at Hello@ProSightTalent.com or (404) 697-5089. Tell us what you need and we will work it out with you. There is no penalty for asking, and it does not affect how we evaluate you.
Raising a concern
If you believe you were treated unfairly by ProSight Talent in any part of a search, tell us directly at Hello@ProSightTalent.com. We will look into it.
You also have the right to contact the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission at eeoc.gov or 1-800-669-4000.
Employers we work with
Our clients make their own hiring decisions. We present qualified candidates and provide the information a client needs to decide; we do not control who they hire. Where a client's process is subject to equal opportunity obligations, those obligations are theirs to meet. We will not participate in a search structured to exclude people on a protected basis.
Short version: we place people on whether they can do the work. If you can do the job, we want to represent you.
