ProSight Talent, LLC ("ProSight Talent," "we," "us") is a recruiting and staffing company. This policy explains what happens to information when you use prosighttalent.com.
The short version
This website does not have accounts, does not store your resume on our servers, and does not sell your information. Forms on this site open your own email program so you send us a message directly. What we keep is what you email us, held so we can do recruiting work for you.
Information you give us
- When you apply for a role: the details you enter and the resume you attach are sent directly to our applicant tracking system, where our recruiters review them. If that does not go through, the site opens your email program with our address filled in instead, and you choose what to send.
- When you send a resume by email: anything you send — name, contact details, resume, work history — arrives in our email and is stored in our recruiting systems.
- When you contact us about hiring: your name, company, contact details, and what you tell us about the role.
- When you join our talent network: the contact details and job interests you provide.
Information collected automatically
- Saved jobs and preferences are stored in your own browser (in what is called local storage). They stay on your device. We cannot see them.
- Visit counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages and jobs get viewed. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect your name, email, or other personal information.
- Basic web traffic information may be recorded by our hosting provider, such as pages requested and general location. This is standard for any website.
How we use it
- To match candidates with open roles and present candidates to client employers
- To respond to you and to carry out recruiting services
- To meet legal and record-keeping obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Client employers, when you are a candidate we are presenting for a role. We ask before submitting you.
- Service providers we use to run the business, such as our applicant tracking system and email provider.
- Where the law requires it.
Third-party content
Some background video and fonts on this site are loaded from third-party providers. Those providers may see your IP address as part of delivering that content, as is normal on the web.
How long we keep it
Candidate information is kept while it is useful for placement work and for as long as required by law. You may ask us to remove your information at any time.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it
- Tell us to stop contacting you about roles
- Clear your browser storage to remove saved jobs and your preferences

Children
This site is meant for adults seeking work or hiring staff. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
