Tonya Poole
Tonya leads ProSight Talent as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. She came to recruiting from inside the business — more than 20 years in HR and talent, including HR leadership at director level, where she sat on the hiring side of the table and saw firsthand what a wrong hire costs a company. That perspective still shapes how ProSight works. She specializes in sourcing, evaluating, and securing top-tier talent across industries, from executive search to the plants, shops, and offices that keep them running. Known for a sharp eye for cultural fit and a data-driven approach, she builds diverse, high-performing teams that elevate businesses — and she holds the client relationships that keep them coming back.
Michael Palacios
Michael leads ProSight Talent as President, where he runs recruiting operations across the fourteen industries we staff and placements in all 50 states. He learned hiring from the owner's side of the desk — at Palacios Construction he has hired, led, and kept the kind of teams that stay when the work gets hard, where a bad hire costs you a job, not a line on a report. He also builds the technology behind the work, a career in software and networking that today goes into ProSight's own recruiting tools. A U.S. Navy veteran based in Mississippi, home of our satellite office, he has also run the same heavy equipment as many of the crews we place — useful credibility in our industrial lanes, though the work has always been about people. He knows a dependable hire, because he's been one.
